To mark the new Millennium a new Stained Glass Window was dedicated. The Window was funded by donations from members of the Congregation and Organisations.

In May of this year Project 2000 was launched. Under the guidance of Bob Bell the Pews and Window Sills underwent a wonderful transformation.  This included scraping off  the existing varnish and sandpapering.

Thirty nine Elder’s Mail Boxes in the shape of a Celtic Cross were erected outside the Session House.  The Mail Boxes were designed and built by Jim Meikle.  Part of this unique structure was actually built from one of the Pews that had recently been removed from the Church.


Further improvements were made to the Sound System, including the provision of new Speakers and a Mixing desk.


A new Allan Organ was unveiled on the 26th October and formally dedicated on the 30th November.

2010 Installation of Powerpoint and new Church Lighting.
2012 Installation of Accessible Toilets in both Church and Hall.
2013 Two Hanging Basket Stands were erected in the forecourt of the Church bringing a sense of beauty and colour to the centre of Prestwick.
2013 Formation of a new Welcome Area in accordance with plans to redevelop the Church. Back 3 pews removed to accommodate this change. Also formation of spaces to accommodate wheelchairs.
2014 Additional Camera purchased through a Congregation Appeal to enhance existing DVD recordings
2015 In accordance with our redevelopment plans the Chancel Area was transformed. This was then formally dedicated on Sunday 1st March.
2017 The church closed for three weeks following the Easter Sunday service. During this period of time, the Sanctuary was completely redecorated.
2017 Two new Notice Boards erected in the forecourt of the Church
